What this site is
Play Solitaire is a small, free website for playing solitaire card games in a browser. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The games belong to other people
Every game here is built and hosted by a third-party studio and embedded through the GameMonetize distribution network. We do not make the games and we do not control what happens inside them. Any advertising shown during a game is the publisher’s, not ours.
Using the site
The site is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not scrape it at scale, flood it with automated requests, copy it wholesale, or attempt to break it.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. A game may fail to load, a publisher may withdraw a game, or a game may behave badly. We make no promise that the site will stay available or that anything on it will work.
Our liability
We are not liable for anything that results from using this site or the games on it, including anything a third-party game does, shows, or collects.
Copyright and takedowns
If you own the rights to something on this site and want it removed, write to us and we will act on it.
Age
You should be at least 13 to use the site. If you are under 18, use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last did. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
